REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
For unwanted or incorrectly ordered items, we have a 30 day refund policy. The purchaser pays for the dispatch and return charges.
Returns will not be accepted unless made by prior arrangement.
Returns must be in original packing as delivered and if delivered by pallet must be secured back on the pallet as delivered. Damaged items will not be accepted for return or refunds. Returned items will be inspected before refunds are issued.
Exchanges due to size issues will be arranged and will be subject to delivery charges both for return and dispatch.
If your product is delivered damaged or defective, you must refuse the delivery or notify us within 24 hours of the receving the goods. Once we have reviewed and accepted the claim, we will arrange for a replacement to be delivered as quickly as possible.
Proof of purchase must be supplied.
Refunds will be made to the payment method used at the time of purchase.

If you product is made-to-order, returns will not be accepted.
