3mm commercial grade welded, powder coated aluminium frame.
Outer Pane - 6mm self clean, soft coat, toughened glass.
Spacer - 16mm black warm edge spacer, argon gas filled.
Middle Pane - 4mm soft coat toughened glass.
Spacer - 16mm black warm edge spacer, argon gas filled.
Inner Pane - 10.8mm laminated.
Available in 13 sizes.

The aluminium frame has a sleek, modern look that will enhance the overall aesthetic of your skylight and your home. Maintenance time is minimal as aluminium is strong, highly durable and resistant to both rust and corrosion.
The innovative frame design makes it a breeze to install. The skylight simply slots straight onto your upstand and screws into place via the fixing holes.
SmartGuard self-cleaning glass coating
Included at no extra cost. Works with nature to wash away dirt and pollutants
The coating creates a smooth barrier on the outside pane of glass, which prevents build up of pollutants and helps rain droplets to wash them away.
Self-clean glass coating is not a substitute for proper maintenance and cleaning, but is the first barrier between the glass and dirt build-up.

You must add 10mm to the measurement we give to get the internal opening size / structural opening size.
Installation Overview
Skylight arrives pre-assembled and timber crated.
You must add a fall of 80mm per 1000mm in accordance with the slope on the roof.
Skylight slots on to your pre-built 50mm x 145mm upstand and screws into place.
Roof covering (not included) required to apply to upstand.
The use of arris rail at the bottom of the upstand is recommended.
Warranty Information
All units must be handled, stored, and fixed in accordance with our installation guide.
Any claim must be accompanied by a copy of the original purchase invoice.
This warranty covers replacement of parts only. This warranty is available only to Electric Opening Skylights Limited customers only and is non-transferable.
