SHIPPING POLICY
99% of orders are delivered on-time without issue. However, there may be rare occasions where late deliveries occur due to reasons out of of our control. For this reason, we recommend that all installation work is organised once the order has been delivered on-site.
All mainland UK shipping is free of charge with the exception of the stated postcodes – AB, DD, DG, FK, IV, KA, KW, LD, ML, PA, PH, PL, P030-41 IOW, SA, SY, TD, TR.
We aim to deliver stocked units within 5 working days.
For bespoke (made-to-order) products, we will provide an estimated turnaround time at the point of purchase.
Our dispatch team will phone the customer to arrange delivery upon confirmation of the order. Therefore, a valid phone number is required.
Most deliveries to London and the Home Counties are delivered by our own vans or private carrier, all other deliveries are by pallet courier.
Help with unloading is required with local London and Home County deliveries.
Units must be inspected and signed for on delivery we will not accept claims for damage unless they are made on delivery.
We deliver between 9 am and 5 pm from Monday to Friday – we cannot guarantee a specific time.
Please note pallet deliveries are delivered to the kerbside only. Units up to 2000mm wide are delivered by tail lift, units over 2000mm wide will require manual or mechanical assistance to offload.
If delivery is arranged and is unsuccessful there will be a surcharge to re arrange delivery.
